Masaba Weight Loss Diet

Recently, the designer again took to his Instagram handle to answer a few questions in a Q&A session where his fans asked many questions about his diet and fit to fit journey. She explained everything in detail including what she eats regularly and her exercise routine as well. Focusing on weight loss meals, Masaba said that she is following intermittent fasting for weight loss and takes only two big meals a day, i.e. lunch and dinner. Masaba also said that she also eats nuts in between. Apart from this, the designer also revealed that she enjoys "ghar ka khana" (home-cooked food), which mainly consists of rice, jowar or buckwheat roti, vegetables and a small amount on her plate.
