Farzi Shahid Kapoor New Web Series Season 1 Episode 8 Recap And Review

Episode 8 Recap

Episode 8 of Farzi begins with Sunny and Firoz getting ready to make a big deal with Doshi. They meet in a public place, a busy shopping mall parking lot. Megha and Sunny are no longer texting and after Sunny removes the tracker from her phone, Firoz asks what Sunny is doing and where her mindset is.

Meanwhile, Rekha and Michael's divorce was finalized and Rekha won full custody of their children, with Michael being granted visitation rights for limited periods. This saga comes to an obvious conclusion, but at least they are friendly with each other as they leave the courthouse.

Michael organizes the troops and gets everyone ready to catch his "Artist" in the act. As for Sunny and Firoz, they soon appear in the parking lot as he and Firoz get into position and prepare to hand over.

Megha is desperate to get involved and she walks in the middle of the parking lot. There, Sunny sees him, realizes it's a trap and starts to turn back.

With the operation spiraling out of control, Michael Scrambles tries to get the authorities involved to stop the present and prevent Sunny from escaping. In the second level, Sunny changes cars and even changes clothes to avoid suspicion. They were stopped by Michael, but managed to evade suspicion by pretending to be cleaners. However, when the silver SUV is found empty and an officer calls on the radio, the boys put it down and charge out of the parking lot.

Firoz and Sunny decide to release all the fake notes into town, throwing them in the back of their car on the highway and stopping traffic. With the road blocked for the fake team, Firoz and Sunny take their eyes off the road and end up crashing.

Firoz and Sunny miraculously manage to walk away from this accident, but the damage is already done. The media picks up on the whole Supernote situation and starts spinning it as financial terrorism. Mansoor also looks into it and he is shocked by the reports and realizes how difficult it will be to spread these accounts.

Despite the heat on them, Firoz and Sunny try to overcome it, believing that this is just a setback and that a new deal with the notes will revive their careers and prevent them from falling back into the slums. . Firoz is not so sure and believes they are done.

Sunny shows up to see Megha, who asks why she hasn't seen him for so long. He claims he's having problems with his phone and suggests they just hang out and have fun together. However, it feels like the last supper as Sunny also knows things are about to get hairy. Especially through Jamal, who learns of the botched operation and relays it to Mansur.

Mansur wants results and, considering how big his organization is, decides the best thing to do here is to get rid of the Artist. Sunny knows a lot and now she is in charge.

Jamal picks up the duo with Jitu and they head towards the safe house. When Firoz and Sunny reach there, things turn sour and they are about to meet a gruesome death. That is, until Sunny and Firoz's boys show up with their bikes and turn the tables. Given that their live locations are active, Firoz and Sunny manage to get away with it by avoiding Mansur's tricks.

Sunny calls Nannu and tells her to leave the city. Unfortunately, it is too late as the worst possible outcome has occurred. Kranti magazine fell victim to an arson attack and Nannu died inside the building. Sunny's whole world is crumbling around her. As a result, Sunny decides not to follow Anees out of town and decides to end it right now.

That night, after shooting Jamal in cold blood, he recklessly goes through the safe house and fends off the other robbers, eventually turning his attention to Jitu, whom he shoots. After forcing the boy to open the locked door, Sunny answers Mansoor's call and stares at him as he burns all the fake notes. Mansoor pleads with Sunny not to make things personal, but Sunny scoffs, considering that Mansoor crossed the line in killing his grandfather.

Sunny burns all the records and promises the big boss that this won't end. It comes for him.

As the series closes, the facial recognition software matches Firoz as he boards a train and leaves the city. Mansoor knows that Sunny is now coming to him and with no family ties and nothing to hold him back, Sunny is intent on revenge.

  Episode Review

Farzi's finale is the weakest part of the entire show, and the sudden tonal shift with Sunny from a crime drama and suddenly becoming this crazy action hero who can kill with one bullet is a little unbelievable. I know this is typical of action dramas like this, but Sunny hasn't really held a gun or shown any skill with a gun, so it doesn't come out of nowhere.

Season two (if it's to be renewed, that is!) will no doubt touch on this theme further, but Sunny's decision to burn all the fake notes is odd to be honest. I don't know why he didn't pack a bag full of notes and burn the rest. We've seen that it's driven by money, and it seems like a strange decision.

Anyway, the final episode is certainly action-packed, but it's a frustrating departure from what we've seen before. The frustrating cliffhanger ending is the cherry on the cake here and keeps this from being a more spectacular offering.
